Job Description:
About the Role: As a Residential Specialist, you’ll empower
individuals with disabilities to live more independently and
confidently in their homes. If you’re energized by helping others

day, this is the job for you. Location: Lemon Grove Pay: The pay
range for this position is $20.00 to $20.65 Schedule: Saturday -
Sunday, 6AM-2PM Monday-Wednesday 6AM-11AM Who you are:

creating a positive environment A typical day will include: Provide
hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting Assist with
daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking,
cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal
organization. Encourage independence by supporting individuals in
achieving personal goals. Create a safe, respectful, and engaging
home environment. What you’ll need to be successful: High school
diploma or GED Six (6) months experience working with individuals
with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License, current auto
insurance, and a clean driving record. A passion for making a

Spanish Have experience using case management systems (Therap
