Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coding Consultant, IFP Product, to
provide medical coding expertise for internal policy development
and benefit configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a coding resource and provide expertise for IFP Product
and configuration partners
Develop and maintain code sets for IFP medical and specialty
benefits
Monitor code updates and ensure accurate documentation for benefit
administration
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of medical coding experience in health insurance product
implementation or benefit configuration
Maintain one or more coding credentials such as CPC, CCS-P, or
equivalent
Experience with clinical coverage review and interpretation of
mandates
Knowledge of commercial medical insurance benefits
Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple work
partners
