Job Description:

A company is looking for an Annuities Customer Support representative for a remote position in the US.
Key Responsibilities

Process new business application transactions and ensure accurate handling
Communicate with agents and internal departments regarding pending cases
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

High school diploma
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fields
Working knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
Experience with annuities is highly preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel
