Job Description:
A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator to serve as the
central access point for referring providers and assist in patient
care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates timely and efficient referrals and follow-ups with
patients
Verifies insurance eligibility and coordinates referral
authorizations
Mentors and assists new and existing staff on departmental
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3 years of relevant work experience
Advanced skills in call center etiquette and patient scheduling
Experience in customer service and patient satisfaction
processes
Ability to analyze and solve non-routine problems
