A company is looking for a SaaS Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality software support to end-users via various
communication channels
Triage and troubleshoot customer queries, managing a backlog of
support tickets
Proactively reach out to existing accounts and contribute to the
internal knowledge base
Required Qualifications
3+ years of software/application support experience for a B2B SaaS
product
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a
plus
