TITLE: IT Support Lead REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience in the job or 3 years of
experience as an IT Technician, IT Controller &/or Information
Systems Manager or in a related occupation. JOB DUTIES: Lead a team of Support Specialists to ensure high
volume and high turn around for ticket resolution, escalation, and
communication while maintaining high service quality. Receive or
assist in escalations from support specialists and end users on
tickets, hotline calls, and projects. Identify, create, and enforce
IT company processes and policies. Evaluate new and updating
