Location: Fontana Schedule: Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday (flexibility required) Position Overview Red Rock is seeking dependable, safety-focused Warehouse / Yard Associates to support our transportation and freight operations. This is a hands-on, physically active role involving pallet handling, trailer work, and loading/unloading freight in a fast-paced warehouse and yard environment. Candidates must be comfortable with manual labor, early morning start times, and working around trailers and flatbeds. Key Responsibilities Load and unload freight from trailers and flatbeds Handle and move pallets manually and using EPJ or manual pallet jacks Perform yard and warehouse tasks related to freight movement Complete 1–3 delivery or movement stops as assigned Safely work around 48-foot or 53ft truck trailers Follow all safety procedures and site-specific protocols Schedule & Hours Start time between 12:00 AM – 3:00 AM Day shift completion Up to 8 hours per shift Approximately 40 hours per week (not guaranteed) Overtime may be available depending on workload Must be flexible with scheduling Pay rate:$27.00hr Safety & PPE Requirements Steel-toe boots or non-steel-toe work boots required Strict adherence to all safety policies OSHA and general safety awareness strongly preferred Qualifications 1 year of verified transportation experience (VOE required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history preferred Experience with pallet handling and warehouse equipment Flatbed and trailer or reefer experience preferred Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift, push, and pull 50–100 lbs Comfortable working in an active industrial and outdoor setting Able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Work Environment Warehouse and yard setting Physically demanding and fast-paced Hands-on role with constant movement
