What You'll Do: Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct depositions and appear regularly in court Draft legal documents and conduct strategic legal research Work directly with a broad client base across industries like construction, law, accounting, and insurance Participate in mediation and arbitration with hands-on guidance from seasoned litigators Qualifications: 2 years of civil litigation experience in California Active California Bar license in good standing Proven experience with depositions and court appearances Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities Comfortable managing a caseload with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits: Compensation range: $120,000 to $180,000, DOE Discretionary annual performance-based bonuses Health and dental insurance Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Retirement plan with employer matching Professional development opportunities Why This Firm: Located in vibrant Downtown San Diego , the firm offers a collegial, fast-paced work environment where attorneys take early ownership of their cases.
