Job Description:
A company is looking for a Securities and M&A Counsel to
join their in-house legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts and
securities filings
Manage legal due diligence processes and advise on corporate
compliance and investor relations
Provide strategic legal counsel on M&A transactions and
corporate governance matters
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active attorney license in good standing in at least one state
6+ years of substantive legal experience, with at least 3+ years
in-house preferred
Experience with private and public M&A transactions and strong
knowledge of securities laws
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements,
including merger and purchase agreements
