Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist for
the U.S. & Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in all client meetings and conduct Payroll Discovery
sessions to document client payroll configuration requirements
Configure the UKG Payroll Module and 401k integrations to meet
client needs, ensuring accuracy of payroll history
Provide client training and support throughout the implementation
process, updating project materials for quality assurance
Required Qualifications
2-year degree or equivalent industry experience
FPC or CPP certification preferred
At least two years of experience implementing UKG Workforce Ready,
specifically in the Payroll module
Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and familiarity with Canadian
payroll regulations preferred
Experience implementing HCM products in a multi-tenant solution
