Advocates Network is currently seeking a Travel School Speech
Language Pathologist to work at a facility in San Diego, CA. These
are registry positions with our company. This is a part-time
position. This is a travel position located in Covina , CA .
Candidate must live 70 miles from the facility to qualify for this
position. Traveler Hrly Rate $61.88 Gross Wages $2,475.20 Traveler
Lodging $1,337.00 Travel M&I $602.00 Total Travel Stipend
$1,939.00 Total Travel Pkg $4,414.20 Qualifications: Minimum 1-year
previous working experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring
demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology CPR card issued by
the American Heart Association Must have up to date certification
in the state of CA Responsibilities: Who is able to conduct
assessments, effectively facilitate IEP meetings, and is familiar
with SEIS. Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language,
and swallowing disorders. Creating treatment and therapy plans to
suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and
causes, including disabilities and traumatic events. Keeping
detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans,
therapies, and progress. Reporting progress and current status to
appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or
