Type: Travel Job Description: Oncology/Hematology RN Charge Nurse
to lead daily operations on a specialized unit for blood disorders
(like leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma) and cancers, balancing patient
care with leadership, including staffing, patient flow, managing
complex treatments (chemo, blood transfusions, CAR T-cell),
mentoring staff, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the
multidisciplinary team for optimal care. Patient population is
mainly adolescents/adults/geriatrics. 3x12 nights, float required,
weekend rotation required. Will accept 01st time travelers if
experience required is met. EPIC experience required. Required
Qualifications: Minimum 03 years' oncology experience required
(hematology preferred) & 03 years charge experience required.
Experience with Inpatient oncology, administration of chemotherapy
is required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. License,
Certification, Registration Registered Nurse License (in the state
where care is provided) BLS/ACLS (AHA) and Chemo (ONS/ONCC)
