LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Escondido, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel NICU Registered Nurse – Travel Assignment Location: Escondido, CA Pay: $2,278/week Shift: Night Shift, 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Contract Length: 13 weeks Job Description: The NICU RN will provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to respond to neonatal emergencies, and flexibility to float within the NICU network. - Provide care to neonates 28 weeks and up - Perform immediate assessment, resuscitation, and stabilization - Manage ventilated patients and advanced respiratory support - Administer medications and blood products - Care for UAC, UVC, PICC lines, and chest tubes - Support family-centered care and patient education - Float to main NICU and satellite NICUs as needed (mileage reimbursed) Requirements: - Active California RN license (or ETA to post) - Minimum 3 years NICU experience (Level III or higher) - BLS and NRP required (PALS preferred) - Epic charting experience required - Experience with ventilators strongly preferred - First-time travelers accepted • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
