Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and
patient-focused Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our outpatient
services. This role demands a commitment to delivering the highest
quality of patient care and seamless teamwork. The ideal candidate

and coverage in our integrated model. Provide nursing care and
support to patients in an outpatient setting. Follow specific
treatment plans for patients as prescribed by physicians. Monitor
patient progress and report changes in patient status to the
attending physician. Administer medications and injections as
prescribed. Document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records. Educate patients and their families on
health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Strong
clinical skills with ability to practice in a fast-paced
environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of
Georgia. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
