disabilities can thrive. S.T.E.P. stands for Sports, Theatre,
Expression, and Perseverance, and we offer a wide range of events
that incorporate sports and artistic expression, ensuring all

unique features is our 20,000 sq. ft. play-based ABA warehouse, a
space designed to foster exploration, movement, creativity, and
hands-on learning. This innovative environment gives children the
opportunity to practice skills naturally through play, offering
endless opportunities for growth and connection. About the Role: As
a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will have a vital role in
assessing client needs, developing and implementing behavior
intervention plans, and collaborating with families and support
staff to achieve positive outcomes. As part of our team, you will

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and
develop individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and
make necessary adjustments to interventions Provide training and
support to families Provide training and supervision to RBTs and
student analysts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and
professional development Qualifications: Passion and enthusiasm for
working with children of all ages. Master's degree in Applied
Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Must
have active BCBA certification Minimum of two years' experience
providing ABA therapy. Strong assessment skills and ability to
develop individualized treatment plans. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Must be bilingual What We're Looking For: A

enhance their skills continuously. Compensation Package Full-time
position $90,000 annual salary Student Analyst Success Bonus: Bonus
provided when a student analyst you supervise successfully passes
their exam RBT Certification Bonus: Bonus awarded when an RBT under
your supervision completes and earns their RBT certification
