Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members and management to develop and execute
strategy projects
Manage project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring

Conduct post-project reviews and ongoing assessments to document
enhancements and ensure goal achievement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations,
or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial services or related
areas
Experience in operations controllership, research and analytics,
and remediation roles
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with an
entrepreneurial mindset
Mission-focused team player with strong analytical thinking
skills
