A company is looking for a Business Development Senior Manager
(Virtual).
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships within
the Department of Defense
Lead and mentor the business development and capture team to
achieve strategic objectives
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth
areas in the defense sector
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Development experience, including pipeline
development and capture management
5+ years of Management experience in a Sales and Marketing role
Strong understanding of the Department of Defense procurement
process
Ability to communicate effectively with U.S. Government
representatives at various levels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
