Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Wind Services.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive key performance indicators for safety, quality,
financial, and strategic initiatives
Lead operational rigor including forecasting, P&L
reconciliation, and financial reviews
Promote a culture of safety and support innovation within the
team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector,
with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing teams and large-scale wind energy
projects
Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, operations, and
maintenance
Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental
Science, or a related field
Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills with a sound
understanding of P&L Management
