Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift - Poway Aerospace Co. - $20/hr-$30/hr Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Technician, where you will work closely with engineers to support our production goals. This role involves utilizing your skills in mechanical assembly and manufacturing in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, diagrams, process sheets, and assembly and schematic drawings. Build, fabricate, cure, and assemble various types of composite materials under minimal supervision. Work with a variety of epoxy agents in a loud environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes. Experience with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering diagrams. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus. The work environment is loud and involves working with a variety of epoxy agents. Employees are provided with all necessary tooling and work under minimal supervision. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
