customers see, guiding them through enrollment and making sure they

you'll: Proactively engage with new customers, providing clear and
concise answers to their questions while maintaining a friendly and

experience. Actively listen to customer needs, offer personalized
solutions, and demonstrate genuine care in every interaction,
striving to exceed expectations and create lasting positive

takes to ensure complete satisfaction, even if it means stepping
outside of typical responsibilities. Become a subject matter expert
on the enrollment processes, policies, and common inquiries,
enabling you to provide swift, accurate, and comprehensive
assistance to customers, resolving their issues efficiently.
Streamline the enrollment journey by clearly explaining steps,
simplifying complex information, and utilizing efficient tools and
processes to minimize customer effort and maximize their time.
Proactively share updates on the latest plans, services, and
promotional offers, ensuring customers have all the necessary
information to make well-informed decisions that best suit their
needs. Address customer issues with empathy and professionalism,
actively listening to their concerns, de-escalating situations, and
working diligently to find prompt and satisfactory resolutions,
always maintaining a polite and respectful tone. Continuously learn
and adapt to changes in products, services, and company policies,
ensuring that all information provided to customers is consistently
accurate, reliable, and current. Collaborate effectively with
fellow Customer Success Trainees and other colleagues across
different departments, sharing information and coordinating efforts
to ensure that customer inquiries and issues are resolved
comprehensively and without unnecessary transfers or delays.
