Role We’re looking for an Electrical Project Manager to support the
execution of federal/military construction projects, ensuring
operations run smoothly from start to finish. The Project Manager
is responsible for overall management, planning and execution, of
the assigned project. Responsibilities Track and maintain project
schedules; proactively adjust to evolving field conditions Manage
budget, change orders and overall financial outlook for the project
Drive profitability with aggressive project execution Build, manage
and mentor a team Ensure all work complies with contract terms,
technical specs, and applicable codes Coordinate and participate in
preparatory meetings Collaborate with prefab and electrical design
teams Procure equipment and materials in line with approved design,
submittals and project requirements Manage jobsite logistics for
tools, materials, and equipment Motivate team to prioritize safety
Work with the Foreman and/or Superintendent to resolve field issues
and maintain progress in real time Foster strong communication and
trust with Customer Qualifications: Strong trade experience or
Business or Engineering degree with demonstrated equivalency in
electrical experience. Familiarity with NEC, safety codes Excellent
organizational skills Strong computer and documentation skills
(e.g., MS Office, project tracking software) Strong writing,
editing, and communication skills Ideal Candidate Profile Someone
who thrives in structured, mission-critical environments Prior
experience with military base projects, Corps of Engineers, or
NAVFAC is a big plus (not required) Committed to team
collaboration, quality control, and on-time delivery Electrical
Journeyman license, past or present a plus. Candidates who
demonstrate strong potential, and are currently in the electrical
field, but have not transitioned into the Project Management role
are encouraged to apply. Applicants with electrical experience may
