Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.Role and responsibilitiesInvoicing customers for complex service contracts and other salesResolve, manage issues from Field Service Organization, Account Management and CustomersApprove set up of new service contractsTrack compliance and fulfillment of service contracts utilizing ServiceNow toolAssist on preparation of month end reporting to parent company each month end closeExecution and improvement of our internal control framework and SOX controls for the applicable customer service processes in USAContribute to closing process related to service contracts each month endEvaluate existing processes and identify efficiencies and areas of improvementEducation and experienceBachelors degree in accounting, finance and/or business economics or equivalent experienceKnowledge/hands on experience with OracleAdvanced excel skillsKnowledge and experience with US GAAP and IFRS;Affinity with internal controls, SOx, reporting, data analytics and continuous monitoring;Affinity with end-to-end process optimization;SkillsGood communicative skillsAccurate and compliance-mindedCommitted and flexible (go the extra mile)Proactive / hands-on attitudeExcellent analytical skillsProficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programsCan work under deadlinesCan learn and apply new information or skillsStrong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalismAbility to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracyResult driven-demonstrate ownership and accountabilityWork independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervisionDemonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communicationAbility to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customerOther informationThe Revenue Specialist US Sales and Service reports to the US Manager, Financial Services Sales and Service Accounting. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
